  All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution

• Approve designs, content, and materials within agreed timelines

• Ensure that all content provided does not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations

Bond Digital Works will not be responsible for delays caused due to incomplete or late client inputs.

4. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in advance and must be paid as per agreed terms

• Advance payment may be required before starting a project

• Payments once made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

5. Revisions & Approvals

• Limited revisions may be included depending on the service package

• Any extra revisions or changes after final approval may incur additional charges

• Final approval from the client confirms acceptance of the work

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, creatives, and content remain the property of Bond Digital Works until full payment is received

• After full payment, ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client

• Bond Digital Works reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed

7. Printing Disclaimer

Bond Digital Works provides design services for printing.
  We are not responsible for:

• Printing errors caused by third-party printers

• Color variations between screen and printed output

• Material quality, paper type, or print finishes chosen by the client or printer

Clients are advised to review and approve all designs carefully before printing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bond Digital Works shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of business, revenue, or data

• Delays caused by third-party services, hosting providers, ad platforms, or printers

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive business information with third parties, except when required for service delivery or by law.

10. Termination of Services

Bond Digital Works reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment obligations are not met

• Client engages in unlawful, abusive, or unethical behavior

• Terms & Conditions are violated

11. Third-Party Platforms

We may use third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, hosting providers, or printing vendors. Bond Digital Works is not responsible for policy changes, downtime, or issues caused by these platforms.

12. Changes to Terms

Bond Digital Works may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
