1. General Policy
All payments made to Bond Digital Works are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated explicitly in writing. Due to the nature of our services, once work has started, costs, time, and resources are already allocated.
2. No Refunds for Digital & Creative Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Digital marketing services
Creative design services
Branding and advertising projects
Printing and press-ready design work
Website development or technical services
Social media management and paid advertising campaigns
Once a project has been initiated or delivered, it is considered accepted.
3. Advance Payments
Any advance or upfront payment made is non-refundable
Advance payments are required to initiate work and cover initial planning, design, and resource allocation
4. Printing Disclaimer
Bond Digital Works provides design services only for printing unless explicitly mentioned.
We are not responsible for:
Printing errors from third-party vendors
Color variations between screen and printed output
Material or paper quality selected by the client or printer
Refunds will not be issued for printing-related issues once the design is approved.
5. Project Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
Before work begins: refund eligibility (if any) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
After work has started: no refund will be provided
Any completed or partially completed work will be billed accordingly.
6. Delays & non-responsiveness
Bond Digital Works will not be responsible for project delays caused by:
Late feedback or approvals from the client
Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases where a refund is approved at the sole discretion of Bond Digital Works:
The refund amount may be partial
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Bond Digital Works directly before initiating any chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and legal action if necessary.
9. Changes to This Policy
Bond Digital Works reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
